We have set neutral and clear-cut Shipping policies at Topleather for the pleasure of customers that is our major concern. Shipping policies are as follows:
- When buying any product from Top Leather store, we need 6-7 Business days in the US and 08-10 outside the US. to prepare the order and ship them out.
- After receiving your PayPal payment successfully, we will send you a confirmation email. If for some reason you don’t get the email within 2 days, contact our customer service at sales@Topleather.com to verify your payment.
- For customer appreciation, we are at the moment offering worldwide shipping via expedited courier companies, which are FedEx, UPS and DHL. This is to make sure the security of your shipment. After mailing your product, we will give the tracking, so you also track your order.
- We ask you to provide your physical street address and NOT the P.O.Box/APO/FPO addresses as courier companies don’t deliver those addresses. Also mention your telephone number, in case the deliver person needs directions or have any question for mailing purpose.
Please remember that we cannot tell the exact date you will receive your order as it depends on leather availability. We assure that we will ship out the order as soon as possible on working days from our international warehouse, to save the labor charges and provide you the item at the most affordable rates.
